Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this research is to reveal whether Organizational Commitment has an Effect on Job Satisfaction and Intention to Leave, and if so, in which direction this effect is. In this context, the literature review of the concepts of Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction and Intention to Leave, which are the variables of the research, and the historical developments, effects and results of these concepts are examined. In order to determine the Effect of Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction and Intention to Quit, a survey was conducted in a business operating in 6 main branches in Istanbul, including consumer, fiber optic, lighting, medical design and energy technologies, and whether there is an effect between the related concepts, and if there is an effect, in which direction. tried to be detected. In the first part of the study, Organizational Commitment and its sub-dimensions, in the second part, Job Satisfaction, and in the third part, the historical developments of the concepts of Intention to Leave, the factors affecting them and the results of these concepts are given in the light of the literature review. In the fourth part of the research, the results of the study carried out to determine the Effect of Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction and Intention to Leave are given. As a result of the study, it was determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction, and a negative and significant relationship between Organizational Commitment and Intention to Leave.
