Abstract (EN)
In this study, today's constantly changing and given the importance of the issues involved in trying to adapt to changes in the evolving business world organization provides information about job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Business environment occurring in the negative and positive all the organizational commitment of employees that are in direct interaction with the events and job satisfaction factors influencing how results in terms of employees and organizations in the provision of organizational commitment and job satisfaction are studied to bring about. This study is a theoretical nature. Therefore, the method utilizing the historian and technical literature is a source of reference prepared. Today, technology is the population in each area. Everyone has access to all information freely competitive environment it is important that more manpower. Business is expanded to the benefits of the existing technology in today's business life. Investigate the effects of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to be both specific effects on both the working masses, while job satisfaction while also reveals the value of organizational commitment.
