Organizatonal commitment and levels of health employee's organizatinal commitment (Cerrahpaşa trial)

The human factor is extremely important for the success of health organizations and this effect increases day by day. Healthcare employees who have organizational commitment benefits to their organizations for providing outstanding services. For this reason, the satisfaction of employees increases the quality and productivity of the organization by organizational loyalty and organizations support to them. In this research, we used two methods, data acquisition and literature review. The organizations support to their employees correlates with the employees productivity and the loyalty to the organization. At the present time, it is seen that organizations services to their employees correlate with the organizations peculiar and spiritual outcome. Therefore, the more organizations support their employees, the more employees support their organizations.
