Organizational conflict and the use of moderation techniques in managing organizations conflict

Concept of conflict; disagreements, incompatibilities, contradictions, and contradicting factors. Conflict is not just about people. Conflict occurs in all social communities; social phenomenon that has emerged in individuals, groups, organizations or nations. The differences between humans are influential in the experience of conflict, a situation that needs to be overcome. Conflicts arising from differences between humans are reflected in people's efforts. Individuals between conflict shows vary. Factors that cause conflict are divided into individual, organizational and communicative factors. The attitudes and behaviors of the individuals within the organization, the differences of viewpoints and beliefs are different, it prevents the organizations from joining the same place at the same point. In this case it brings conflict. Many techniques have been used to prevent the conflict. Moderation techniques are discussed in this study. All the details of the moderation technique are explained. In order to reduce the conflicts that may occur within the organizations and to create more healthy and productive work environments, details are given for the prevention of conflict with moderation techniques and opinions and suggestions were made. In this study, in the first chapter,concept of conflict, concept of organizational conflict, types of conflict, organizational conflict management are mentioned. In the second part, Moderation techniques are discussed.In the third part of the work, there is the prevention of conflict by applying the moderation techniques of the conflicts in the organizations.
