Abstract (EN)

The subject of the research; The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational support on business performance on bankers working in public and private banks. The aim of this study is to determine whether organizational support perceptions of employees working in banking sector are related to organizational commitment levels and job satisfaction levels by considering these organizational attitudes integrated with the concept of organizational commitment. In addition, in the light of the studies in the literature, it is aimed to determine the direction and severity of the perception of organizational support and how it affects organizational commitment. The survey was conducted on private and public banks working in Bakirkoy district of Istanbul. It has been determined that approximately 3000 people work in 130 bank branches in the research universe. In order to represent the universe, a questionnaire was sent to 500 people, but 480 were found suitable for evaluation. After the data were collected, reliability tests of the scales were conducted first and then factor analysis was performed. Factor analysis was used to identify inappropriate questions in the scales and was excluded from the study. Afterwards, correlation and regression analyzes were performed in order to determine the tendency of the hypotheses determined and to test the hypotheses.
