Abstract (EN)
The main aim of this research is to determine the level of organizational trust perception and job satisfaction of the 4-5 stars hotel employees in İstanbul and to examine the relationship between these variables. Thus the importance of trust towards organization, manager and other employees and job satisfaction has been searched. Job satisfaction is the case provide satisfaction saturation that exist when the characteristics of job and employee requests fits each other. The objectives of the organization are important for employees when job satisfaction is achieved. The population of the study involves employees of hotels in İstanbul in May-June 2016. The sample of research involves 416 employees of 18 hotels in İstanbul and simple random sample has been chosen for this study.
