Abstract (EN)

Mutual trust agreement of one or more parties is called "trust". Trust; is the behavior to each other that could be expected in the context of ethics. Trust is the concept to regulate the relationships between people and has been the most important element of organizational commitment issues. Since 1950 the rapid developments and changes in social life and in business, force the companies and managers to act more sensitive to social responsibility and business ethics. The level of trust with in the organization increases the productivity of employees and productivity and hence the opportunity to compete. In this regard, a study was made between 4-5 star hotels in Antalya for employees has created an organizational commitment in terms of organizational trust of employees in the workplace. According to the results of the study; significant differences were explored between the attitudes of employees in all demographic factors towards "Trust" for 'Leaders ', Employees ', 'External Stakeholders' and 'Job Satisfaction'.
