Abstract (EN)
In the tourism sector which is a labor intensive sector; employees will be the most important element of the organizational structure. in order to maintain the structural integrity of a business and maintain its existence, it will want to ensure the continuity of its employees and to keep the speed of business low. This will only be possible if the employee develops some kind of loyalty to the company. This sense of commitment developed by individuals towards the organizational structures they are part of is called 'organizational commitment'. Organizational commitment ; can take place for different reasons and in different forms. Our study; 'The effects of organizational trust on organizational commitment: a research on group A travel agencies in Istanbul' aims to measure the relationship of employees' organizational trust and organizational commitment.
