Abstract (EN)
The main aim of is this research is to determine the relationshipamong organizational trust, perceived organizational identity andorganizational identification, and offer a theoretical model, which indicatesthat perceived organizational identity influences organizational identificationby the organizational trust as a mediator. Furthermore, determination ofinfluences on demographic variables on perceived organizational trust,organizational identity and organizational identification considered as otheraims of this research. The target audience of this research is public andprivate commercial bank employees in Ankara. 545 usable surveys havebeen gathered for this study. At the end of this research, it is considered thatthe direct effect of perceived organizational identity on organizationalidentification is not significant. However, perceived organizational identitythrough the perceived organizational trust has a significant effect onidentification. The emprical evidence has supported proposed mediatormodel. Dependent variables of this research have been differentiatedaccording to the bank type (public or private). Demographic variables indicatethat, cognitive organizational trust depends on education and tenure, but noton gender, age, job status, and job experience. Affective organizational trustdo not depends on gender, age, job status, job experience education andtenure. Perceived organizational identity depends on education and jobstatus, but not on gender, age, job experience and tenure. Organizationalidentification depends on job experience but not on education, job status,gender, age, and tenure.Key words; trust, organizational trust, organizational identity, perceivedorganizational identity, organizational identification.
