In this study, the concept of organizational climate, service quality, service features, gaps in the service quality highlighted; and the impact of organizational climate on service quality assessed using the ServQual scale which is generally accepted in the literature In the study, a survey was carried out on a total of 300 employees from two private hospitals and a medical center located in Istanbul. The data collected was analyzed by using the SPSS for Windows 10.0 program. The analysis entailed the following: frequency table regarding the demographic features of the respondents, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis including the mean variables and standard deviations and anova analysis. In conclusion, the impact of organizational climate on service quality was studied and the relationship between variables were examined. No significant relationship was found between service quality parameters and organizational climate variables such as administrative support, management's ability and consistency as well as workload. It was however, found that, of the organizational climate variables, harmony among employees and ethics had a significant impact on service quality.(p<0.05)
