The concept of organizational spirituality, which has been very important topic in the literatüre in recent years, appears as a concept that has just begun to be studied in Turkey recently. Organizational spirituality can be defined as the process of attaining an individual's higher self. Through organizational spirituality, a person finds out own higher self in his/her work, serves the society, integrates the harmony captured with feelings such as compassion, honesty, and trust in the work with his/her daily life, and as a result of all these, he/she achieves inner peace. The concept of psychological capital was introduced to the literature thanks to positive psychology. It is based on improving an individual's weaknesses and developing strengths. In line with the demands of the organization, it is defined as emotional labor to manage the facial expressions and physical appearances of the employees, thereby persuading the consumer. The individual may experience some emotional wear and stress during this emotional regulation. In this direction, the aim of this study is to examine the effects of organizational spirituality and psychological capital on emotional labor and coping with stress. The sub-purpose of this study is to examine whether the variables differ according to demographic variables. The sample of the study consists of health workers it includes emotional labor and stress factors intensively. As a result of the study, it was found that there was a statistically significant and high level positive relationship between psychological capital and organizational spirituality. While no significant relationship was found between emotional labor and other variables; a moderate positive relationship was determined between coping with stress and organizational spirituality and psychological capital. Based on these findings, it is possible to say that as the psychological capital and organizational spirituality levels of the employees increase, the strategies for coping with stress will increase. Considering the differences in the context of demographic variables; it has been found that psychological capital differs between 2nd and 3rd level health care workers and age groups. Finally, when the differences created by demographic characteristics on coping with stress strategies examined; it was found that, coping strategies were differ according to employees gender.
