The main purpose of this research is to examine the mediating role of emotional labor in the relationship between organizational identification and organizational citizenship and the moderated mediation effect of type A and B personality. Health workers in hospitals and health institutions were selected to test the models and hypotheses created for this purpose. Data collected from 433 healthcare professionals were analyzed with the help of SPSS-SMART PLS and AMOS programs. As a result of the analysis, it was found that organizational identification had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior and emotional labor. In addition, it has been determined that there is a significant and positive relationship between emotional labor and organizational citizenship behavior, and that emotional labor has a mediating role in the relationship between organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior. A and B type personality appeared to have a situational mediator effect in the research model.
