Abstract (EN)
In the developing world, organizations need to compete with each other in order to continue their existence. One of the important factors affecting competition is the personnel working actively in the sector. In order to increase the efficiency of the organization, the motivation of the employees must be kept high. Silence and professional burnout are important factors affecting the performance of the employees for the organization. However, another factor affecting competition is technology. The organization's ability to establish a technological infrastructure depends on the organization having the necessary capital. This study examined the relationship between organizational silence and occupational burnout. The theoretical part of the study explored the concepts of organizational silence and occupational burnout by reviewing the literature. The study then examined the perspectives of healthcare professionals working at a training and research hospital in Istanbul on organizational silence and occupational burnout. The study resulted in hypotheses about organizational silence and occupational burnout, and the hypotheses were answered through the participants' survey responses.
