Abstract (EN)
In this research, it was aimed to determine organizational silence, level of alienation of organizations and work they perceive. It is also aimed to reveal the relationship between these variables. To this end, a questionnaire was applied to 396 persons who are active in the service sector. Organizational silence scale, organizational justice scale, work alienation scale and personal information form are included in the questionnaire form applied. According to findings from the research, organizational silence has a significant effect on alienation to work. Silence recognized as an organizational silence factor, silence for defensive purposes, voice for defense and voice for organizational purposes increase alienation to work; accepted voice and silence for the benefit of the organization reduce the alienation to work. However, the organizational justice perceived by participants was also found to have a significant effect on alienation to work. Accordingly, while interaction justice increases work alienation, the procedure reduces justice.
