The relationship between organizational silence and organizational citizenship behavior: A case study on accammodation establishments

In order to determine the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and organizational silence , the 4 and 5 star hotels in Ankara employed 427 employees completed the questionnaire. To evaluate the results of the study , no statistically significant difference between different groups in order to investigate whether the univariate analysis techniques applied to the t-test and ANOVA test. The findings obtained from the analysis supports the hypothesis put forth Silence in the study of organizational behavior by demographic characteristics of employees by gender and marital levels, no significant difference was found in the analysis . However, age, income, education, and tourism education status, where the position of the enterprise and worksection works in the tourism industry and the operation is concluded that no significant workingtime .
