The effect of organizational cynicism and perception of organizational justice on employee's organizational commitment

Abstract (EN)

The purpose of the research is to investigate the effects of Organizational Cynicism and Organizational Justice on the Organizational Commitment levels of employees. In the survey study conducted within the scope of the thesis, the sector and position discrimination was not made, it was preferred that the survey participants be from the white-collar and salary paid employee group. A survey of 49 questions was created within the scope of the research. As a result of the survey, valid answers were obtained from a total of 382 participants. The results were analyzed with reliability, validity, correlation and regression methods using SPSS statistical program. In the results of the research, it was concluded that Organizational Cynicism, which is one of the independent variables, has a negative effect on one to one relationships on Organizational Commitment. It was also concluded that Organizational Justice, which is the other independent variable of the research, positively affects Organizational Commitment with all its sub dimensions. When the relationship of the two independent variables on each other was examined, it was determined that cynicism negatively affected the perception of justice. In the conclusion part of the research, some recommendations were made to the managers and researchers and an evaluation was made about the results of the research.
