Abstract (EN)

In today's working conditions, sustainability is one of the important items for organizations. In order for the workflow to continue without disruption, organizations continue to search for solutions to ensure workforce continuity and retain their current employees. One of the things that ensures the continuity of the current employee's organization is their commitment to their organization. In this study, the research topic was chosen to investigate whether the concept of organizational cynicism has a positive or negative role in the commitment values felt by organizational employees towards their organizations. The study sample consists of 246 people in total in the company with 250 employees. As a result of the analyses, it was determined that the concept of organizational cynicism had a significant and negative impact on employees' organizational commitment to their organizations. In addition, it was found that demographic variables for organizational commitment vary according to the gender, marital status, education level, age and number of children of the employees, while organizational cynicism varies according to the gender and marital status variables of the employees. There are many studies in the literature examining the relationship between organizational cynicism and organizational commitment, but no studies on employees in export companies have been found. It is thought that the study on this subject will make a significant contribution to the literature.
