Abstract (EN)
In the social system of organizations, people come up to the beginning of the system takes place. The staff employed on the subsystems of this system emerges as the most critical and effective mass of the subsystems. Because these organizations, their staff at all levels to achieve the objectives and the benefits they provide benefits. All of these situations, the personnel employed in organizations, to act in the interests of the organization have been taught and what they are doing people working to achieve the system's goals is to understand the importance, institutions, the fact of the adoption of the work and positive ideas is of extremely important. In this context, to give direction to the behavior of staff and the most important resource that can affect the functioning of the organization and one of the important new concept can also be specified as organizational.
