Abstract (EN)
The road to success in the context of human activity and productivity organizations source has, so it is no longer conscious. Good citizens out of the formal definition of the task within the organization by spending the extra Money to increase the performance of the organization.The responsibilities of the members of the organization for the benefit of the organization ,except for the task definitions ,and is a volunteer effort ,referred to as organizational citizenship behaviour in the literature.Structure function and what types of organizations,regardless of size ,in terms of organizational citizenship behaviour of the employees is a godsend.Especially,health production,disease treatment and rehabilitation, community service is an important requirement in the health care sector that produces this type of behaviour.In the health sector and the production of efficient and quality service to internal and external customer satisfaction ,employees must be armed with the knowledge,skills and capabilities as much as organizational goals,achieving gold way. The aim of the study all aspects of organizational life and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour are considered impotant to the health sector to examine the images.In addition,the outputs of the predecessors and by providing descriptive information about Organizational Citizenship Behaviour employees and managers to increase the level of awareness.
