The aim of the study all aspects of organizational life and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour are considered impotant to the health sector to examine the images.In addition,the outputs of the predecessors and by providing descriptive information about Organizational Citizenship Behaviour employees and managers to increase the level of awareness.
