The effect of providing organizational effiency of knowledge management applications

Knowledge management is an often used term in the recent years. Mankind is constantly in need of information since his existence. Because knowledge is a power required to have and control to. Therefore, the management of this concept in today's world has become inevitable. Constantly changing and evolving world scale requires all businesses to be sensitive to managing the information. Technology is quite important in terms of many information management elements such as generation and development, classification and storage, sharing and transfering, and usage as well as other infrastructures like corporate culture and intellectual capital. In this study, impacts of knowledge management practices on enterprise efficiency are analysed through the Provincial Directorate of Health employees' views about knowledge management practices.
