Abstract (EN)

Entrepreneurial activities of employees within the organization are generally referred to as intrapreneurship in the related literature. Intrapreneurship activities are likely to be directly and / or indirectly influenced by internal factors. Furthermore, it can be said that the realization of internal entrepreneurship activities is directly related to the attitudes of managers and employees towards innovation and creativity. It will be easier for managers and employees to exhibit intrapreneurship in organizations where they can broaden their creative ideas and attitudes widely. In this study, it is aimed to examine the effect of organizational creativity on managerial creativity dimension of intrapreneurship behavior. For this purpose, the data were collected by using easy sampling method from 235 people working in the company operating in different industries in Azerbaijan. The scale developed by Antoncic and Hisrich (2001) was adapted to turkish by İbrahimoğlu and Uğurlu (2013) and Balay's (2010) scale was used to measure managerial creativity. Multiple regression analysis was applied to the data obtained within the scope of the aim of the study and the findings of the analysis showed that creativity and creative climate had a positive effect on both innovation and self-renewal and risk dimensions of intrapreneurship.
