The structere and theme in the Orhan Kemal's novels

SUMMARY A DOCTORATE THESIS THE STRUCTURE AND THEME IN THE ORHAN KEMAL' S NOVELS ÜLKÜ ELİUZ FIRAT UNIVERSITY THE ENSTITUTE OF SOCIAL SCIENCES THE DEPARTMENT OF NEW TURKISH LITERATURE 2004, PAGE XH+388 In our studying, we tried to analyze the exit adventure in literary world of Orhan Kemal who had lived between 1914 and 1970, with 'small man's symboll center. We put in order our studying as three main part. In the first part where it carries monografi quality, we made the estimating of Orhan Kemal's life, his literary personality, his art and literature made of seeing and his works of art. In the second part, we examined Orhan Kemal's 24 work of art which is novel sort, taking basic themeticial classificiation. In this part, we analysised and criticismed from the point of view structure and theme from the science and estetic point, the adventure of 'small man's becoming individual/ the proces pace; his meeting face to face with his own/ the world; his self defining efforts; his clinging efforts/ his resistance; his being untied and his dying down/ being the other under the low headlines. İn the third part, we interpreted the manner of Orhan Kemal's language use and the manner which forms connecting the intention including returning the process from the word level to the passage, giving examples. We joined in the studying with aim of completing with material of analyzing which we had done as a comprehensive fontain concerning Orhan Kemal's and the part.
