Abstract (EN)

In this study, natural fluorite (CaF2 ) collected from Kırşehir region in Central Anatolian Massif, is annealed from 400ºC to 650ºC with an increament of 50ºC for one hour. 48 Gy dose amound has been to the fluorite sample after each annealing process and the dose responses of thermoluminescence (TL) glow-peaks for the same temperatures were recorded. It was observed that the TL glow-peaks are very sensitive to annealing temperatures and that the dose responses of TL glow-peaks have the highest points at 450ºC. Furthermore, the effect of various dose values between 0.04 Gy and 10.368 kGy and effects of different heating rates on the TL glow-peaks after 15 minutes of annealing at 450ºC were examined. It was observed that the total area and peak intensities of all glow-peaks increase linearly with increasing dose response, and that all glow-peak intensity values decrease with increasing heating rate.
