The rule of law understanding in the constitutions of Central Asia Turkish states

In the thesis titled "State of Law Understanding in the Constitutions of Central Asia Turkish States"; the concept of the state of law and its development process, and the basic principles that compose the state of law (legal security, equality under the law, human rights and freedoms, separation of powers and independence of the judiciary) in the post-independence Central Asian Turkish States (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan) are discussed comparatively according to their constitutions. While determining their position as new states on the international political map, the Central Asian Turkish States, which gained their independence at the beginning of the 20th year, adopted their new Constitution, which is the most important element of a state. These states have reformed their legal systems by amending their Constitutions several times in response to the conditions in the process of structuring their internal and external mechanisms as new states. It has been seen that the most important purpose of these changes, among other purposes, is to develop the rule of law, and this change towards the rule of law has been revealed in the constitutions of the Central Asian Turkish States.
