Özet (EN)
The aim of this thesis to determine the species of Anopheles that take place in the Middle and Eastern Black Sea Region and identify the species of Anopheles maculipennis species complex molecularly which is in the vector position of malaria and various arboviruses. For this reason, the sampling has been done in 27 certain point from the city of Sinop to Georgia. Evaluating has been done according to method of differences of ITS2 rDNA region. As a result of polymerase chain reaction, it is identified that the species of Anopheles maculipennis s.s. is in existence in the 26 certain point where the sampling is done. It is observed that the samples coincide with the sample of genbank HQ878024 after the comparing the obtained sequence results. It is found out that the sequencing region is so polytomic and the rate of base differences in the species is %0,03 (Artvin Borçka Güreşen).
