The increasing dependence on industrial plants with electricity requires the power plants to begin production without a delay. Industries use electricity as a major energy input and possible interruption of electricity will cause compensation and loss of prestige in the market due to delay in orders. Besides, it causes distortion of raw materials and semi products during manufacturing. In this study it is aimed to determine the necessary equipment, related issues, the minimum cost and the completion time for connecting a wind power plant to a distribution network to be connected to the medium voltage electrical distribution network. This problem has been taken as a scheduling problem containing multi project, trade-off time cost and priority relation. Detailed information on priorities, cost, project phase schedule and realization of the project data has been given in this study. Also Critical Path Method (CPM), Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) and Crashing methods are explained in this study. The data on the cost and time for the completion of the wind power plant project has been analysed with PERT and Crashing methods. In the conclusion the minimum completion period and the cost of the project has been determined. Also the consequences of accelerating the project in terms of cost and completion period stated in the conclusion and using cost-profit comparison method recommendations have been given to the companies.
