The expectations of middle grade managers from the organization

The human work that is one of the production factors and difficult to control is gettting more important in the increasing competitive business world. To be able to work of people efficiently, is dependend on being responded their expectations and being motivated. The aim of this research is to determine the expectations of the middle grade managers and which factors motivates them. With this aim; a research has been done through the tools like income, security, social statules, attractive job, have oppurtunity to raise to a higher rank, having a job to worth to do, personal power and impression, being respected to the personal life, an equal discipline system that motivate people and the founded datas are evaluated. At first, during the evalution of the datas gained from the research, simple percentage is used, and than chi square analysis used for the evalution of the founded datas. In research, the factors have been determined that motivates and don?t motivate the middle grade managers, according to the findings in chapter four.
