Özet (EN)
Chemical control is one of the most commonly used methods for the solution of weed problem in wheat production areas of our country. It is known that herbicides, which are increasingly used in weed control in wheat production areas, cause many problems as well as the benefits they provide.Herbicide resistance, which is defined as the decrease or disappearance of the ability of the herbicide used to control the target weed population, is one of the leading problems. In the Central Black Sea Region, Samsun, Amasya and Çorum provinces are the provinces where wheat cultivation is intense in the region, both in terms of cultivation area and production area. Among the weeds encountered in wheat production areas, Wild Mustard (Sinapis arvensis L.) is important and common. In this study, the resistance status of herbicides with 2,4-D+dicamba and 2,4-D+Florasulam, which are used extensively in the control of 139 S. arvensis populations collected from Samsun, Amasya and Çorum provinces, and the ecological adaptation of the populations determined to be resistant/susceptible. studies have been investigated. The collected S. arvensis populations were subjected to 2,4-D+dicamba and 2,4-D+florasulam 2N (dose) screening test under greenhouse conditions and F2 progeny were obtained by planting in the greenhouse from the populations with suspected resistance.Dose-effect trials were conducted with the resulting F2 populations. It was determined that a total of 9 populations were resistant to herbicide with 2,4-D+dicamba active ingredient, and 16 populations were resistant to herbicide with 2,4-D+florasulam active ingredient. In ecological adaptation studies, it was determined that there were differences between provinces in terms of germination percentages of wild mustard at different temperatures, pH and salt concentrations, while there was no difference between resistant and susceptible populations.
