School of secondary education teachers investigation of the relationship between climate perceptions and organizational diverting perceptions

This study was conducted to determine the relationship between secondary school teachers' perceptions of school climate and their perceptions of organizational deviation. The sample of the study consisted of 252 teachers working in secondary education institutions in the province of Rize under the Ministry of National Education. As a result of the study, teachers' perception of school climate was high, while their perception of organizational deviation was found to be low. While a significant difference was observed in the variable of gender and type of school in teachers' perceptions of school climate. While teachers' perceptions of organizational deviation show a significant difference according to the variable of school type they work; It does not show a significant difference according to the variables of gender, age, years of service, education level. As a result of the research, a moderately negative relationship was found between the perception of organizational deviation and various dimensions of school climate. Teachers 'perceptions of school climate predict organizational deviation perceptions significantly and explain 36% of the change in teachers' perceptions of organizational deviation.
