Examination of fire safety and awareness in secondary schools

As a result of fires in buildings, many people die or seriously get injured. Most of these deaths or injuries are caused by dense smoke and dangerous gases. Fires also cause damage to property, loss of work, and major economic losses. In this study, a survey was carried out with the teachers, students and officials of Lokman Hekim Anatolian High School in Sakarya province, and fire safety awareness was measured, risk analysis and measures to be taken as a result of the surveys were questioned and proposals were presented.
