Perceptions of organizational confidence of the teachers of high school(Sample of the city of Bolu )

The aim of this research is to determine the organizational confidence level of the teachers working in the High School.The data of the research have been collected applying a questionerie on the 304 active teachers group working in 16 High Schools in the centre of Bolu in the educational season of 2008-2009. During the analysis of the data, standard deviation, arithmetic average, test t and the analysis of varyans have been used.The research results may be summarized as follows: The organizational confidence level in high schools has been approached in terms of the sub dimensions of the measure used. According to the teachers, the sensitivity for the employees at school is very low when compared to the other forms. The opinions of teacher are in the level of ? I agree? for the format of trust on the administrator, the atmospher of communication and openness for innovation. The perception of the level of organizational confidence in high schools may be significantly different according to sex, specialty, seniority, degree, the type of school where worked.The Key Words: Confidence, Organizational Confidence
