Abstract (EN)
In this research, primarily in terms of human health as a risk factor for obesity in High school about the ongoing level of knowledge of girls between the ages of 15-19 and obesity is intended to detect cases. The main purpose of this in the near future the following issues that could constitute sources of research and researchers to collect data about various topics aimed.The data regarding participants 'demographic characteristics were examined, 38.8% of participants' (n = 155) individuals were seen in 15 years. 16 years later, respectively (28.0%), 14 years old (14.8%), 17 years old (13.3%) and 18 years (5.3%) individuals participated in our research. The length of the individuals involved in research examining the distribution of the majority of participants (51,8% - n = 207) was observed in the range of 158-167 cm.Participants' RDA distribution was examined "normal overweight" individuals % 57,8 (n = 231), "weak" individuals 36.3% (n = 145) and "Light the fat" of individuals 6.0% (n = 24) ratio was found to be.The number of meals consumed by participants were generally regarded as those who eat three meals a 47,8% (n = 191) and those who consumed two meals, 42,5% (n = 170) were found.Status of participants skipping meals was examined, weak individuals in the morning and skip lunch and sometimes they are 24.1% and 24.1% respectively were found.
