Students? competencies of technology use differed significantly in relation to the level of grade and gender. The results also revealed that the levels of students? 21st century learning skills as active learning, problem solving, learning to learn, collaboration and communication skills were high. However, the level of supporting these skills with ICT was intermediate. In addition, the findings of the study indicated that there was significantly positive relationship between level of 21st century learning skills and level of supporting these skills with ICT. Furthermore, students? competencies of technology use increased together with increase in level of grade. However, it did not affect the level of supporting these skills with ICT in a positive way. This study can also be beneficial to determine the level of students' 21st century learning skills. Therefore, this study can guide how current education system is effective to provide and sustain students with these skills.
