Abstract (EN)

The purpose of the study is defining misconceptions ve make suggestions eliminating misconceptions about chemical bonds. These concepts are some of the most basic, fundamental concepts taught in the science education curriculum. Indeed, these concepts are often revisited in each successive chemistry course that students take. This is because the concepts are central to so much of chemistry, from reactivity in organic chemistry to spectroscopy in analytical chemistry. For this propose an 10 items scale developed and applied 50 8th student for pilot practise ve applied 447 8th grade primary students attending five primary schools located in Erzincan province center during the second semester of 2016-2017 acemedic year participated in the study. The data analyzed by quantitative data analysis using central distribution measures. According to results of the study, students have difficulties and misconceptions about structure of chemical bond, concepts about ionic and covalent bond, classification of metal and non-metal elements and stabilization.
