Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this research is to examine middle school teachers' use of EBA in distance education processes and their views on the use of EBA in distance education. 200 teachers working in 29 middle schools in Kozan district participated in the research. An online questionnaire was used as a data collection tool in the research. In the research, survey model and causal comparison model, which are quantitative research methods, were used. As a result of the analysis of the data, according to the opinions of the teachers, it has been determined that the EBA contents and online courses are insufficient in distance education, and the students have difficulties in self-learning through the EBA contents. It has been determined that teachers use teaching materials such as videos, visuals, presentations, applications and games in EBA and assessment tools such as screening tests, exercises, acquisition comprehension tests, skill-based tests and repetition tests in distance education processes. However, teachers do not prepare these materials and assessment tools themselves and share them on EBA. It has been determined that teachers' use of some parts of EBA differs significantly according to gender, education level, participation in EBA-related training, branch and length of service.
