Abstract (EN)
In this resaerch it is aim to investigate the level of teachers working in secondary schools acceptance and usage levels of information and communication technologies (ICT) and the ability of the the level of self efficacy perception for using of the EBA and the relationship between them. This research, which is a quantitative research using the general survey model is also in the relational screening model in terms of examining of the relationship between technology acceptance and EBA self-efficacy perceptions. The population of the study consist of total 784 administrators and teachers 16 state, 2 private secondary schools in Darıca district of Kocaeli under the Ministry of National Education in 2018-2019 academic year. Although a questionnaire was sent to 784 teachers, the questionnaire was filled by 460 teachers and 58.67 % of the teachers were returned. When the questionnaires were examined, inappropriate questionnaires were excluded from the evaluation and 433 questionnaires were included in the research. In order to collect data in this study, personal information form for determining personal information, "Self Efficacy Perception Scale for Teachers' Use of Education Information Network" developed by Hanbay Tiryaki and "Teachers' Technology Acceptance and Usage Scale" developed by Ursavaş were used. SPSS 22 statistics program was used in the analysis of research data. Descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, standart deviation, arithmetic mean, correlation analysis, t-test for independent samples, ANOVA test, TUKEY test and Dunnett C test were used in the analysis of the data. In theresult of the research, it is concluded that secondary school teachers' self efficacy perceptions regarding the use of EBA are good level. It was observed that teachers' self efficacy perceptions regarding the use of EBA were found similar level according to the variables gender, age, professional experience, branch, internet usage time and computer usage time. It has been observed that as the level of computer use of teachers increases, self efficacy perceptions regarding the use of EBA also increases. According to the results obtained from the analysis about the technology acceptance and usage levels of secondary school teachers, it was seen that the average of technology acceptance sub-factors were all above 3.0 and the technology acceptance and usage levels of the teachers were at a positive and good level. As a result of the research, it has been reached that technology acceptance levels (the factors of PU, PEU, ATU, BI, FC, PE, SE, R, SN) of secondary school teachers there are positive meaningful relationships between and selfefficacy perceptions of the use of Educational Informatics Network (EBA), There is no meaningful relationship with TM and A factors. This research shows the technology acceptance of teachers participating in the research and what level they are in terms of EBA self-efficacy perceptions. This research is important in terms of contributing to future research on EBA self-efficacy and technology acceptance.
