Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to determine the aspects and attitudes of physical education and training teachers working at secondary schools about "portfolios (Student product file). The study is a descriptive study which is carried out by screening model. In this study, general screening method is used. Study's working group consists of 166 physical education and training teachers working at official secondary schools in spring semester in Kayseri province central district in 2012-2013 education year.In the study, as a data collection tool, "Attitude scale for evaluating portfolio which is adapted to Turkish by Bedir (Student product file)" is used. In analyzing the obtained data, descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance (Anova) and statistical independent group t-test techniques are used. According to the results of the study; in physical education and training teachers' attitudes of portfolio usage by gender, in applicability and traditional evaluation subscales, significant differences which are for male has been obtained. According to age factor, significant differences were in subscales of practicality and adequacy in education Physical Education and Training teachers. In subscale of practicality and adequacy significant differences have been identified according to age factor. Significant differences have been detected for experience degrces high teachers. In subscales of practicaliy and adequacy according to their job experience. As experience degrees of physical education teachers increases, it has been detected that their attitude to words the portfolio also increases. In weekly atteendended lessons, on the other hand, in subscales of utulity and adequacy for physical education teachers, and according to schools educations sessiuns in subscales of practicality and utulity significant differences have been detected for the teachers who work in these schools.
