Determination of different fertilizer application effects on fruit yield, quality and plant nutrient contents of şimşek (Dwarf cavendishi L) banana clones grown in greenhouse

This study, was carried out in 2012 - 2013 growing season in order to determine six different kinds of fertilizer applications effects on Dwarf Cavendish bananas fruit yields, quality and also the impact on macro and micro nutrients contents in the leaves,In this study the effect of Actagro commercial fertilizer which is used mostly by pruducers, 5K certified organic foliar fertilizer, Crop Set foliar fertilizer with the ability of lowering of the soil pH, Agrisul 90 manure (Sulphur) and their combinations have been investigated. According to the survey; the highest values on bunch weight (g), the number of hand (quantity), hand weight (g), the number of finger in the bunch ,finger weight of the hand (g), finger circumference (cm), and finger length (cm) was obtained from the fifth application with the combination of Actagro and Crop Set fertilizers.The best results of vegetative growth criteria such as stem circumference (cm), and the number of leaves (pieces) were obtained from the fifth application. İn this case Crop Set vegetative growth activator also showed positive effects on plant growth.
