Ottoman-Iran relations according to Ottoman archive documents (1914-1918)

Prepared on the basis of the Ottoman arhive documents in this thesis, in the First World War, relations between the Ottoman Empire and Iran were investigated.In the First World War, Iran was occupied by British from the south and by Russians from the north. Located within the Iranian government, the military, political and social situation is the most important reason for this invasion is able to perform. For this reason, Ottoman Empire followed a policy of closely against to Iran in this period. The policies of Ottoman Empire against Iran not only consists of military concerned. Ottoman Empire wanted to influence to Iran, India and Afghanistan with Caliphate force. However these pojects have not been realized. The major reason behind the failure of these plans was imbalance of the present opportunity.
