Comparison of Ottoman socialist economic thinkers Parvus Efendi and Rasim Hasmet Bey

Master thesis Rasim Bey and the writers and authors provide information on this subjectively majesty of socialist ideas in the scope of the review to what extent the socialist ideas also living by taking economic issues over the period, the authors separated or overlapping with Ottoman economic applications is aimed at detecting an indication that the ideas forward. For this purpose, the approaches of thinkers and statesmen such as Parvus Efendi and Rasim Haşmet Bey were mentioned first. Later, the topics of socialism, the transition from socialism to communism and socialist economic thought in the Ottoman Empire were mentioned. The article focuses on the interaction of the studied authors with socialism. Then, between 1910 and 1914, the economic modernization and development problems of the Ottoman Empire were discussed and the topics of Borrowing, Public Administration, Railway, Capitulations, Agriculture and Peasantry, Industrialization, Decimation were mentioned. Considering the economic situation in the Ottoman Empire, Parvus Efendi's economic ideas on issues were mentioned. In order to add wealth to the economic thought of Parvus Efendi, it was thought to use the views of Rasim Hasmet Bey. To what extent the ideas of the authors fall within the scope of socialist thought, the economic policies of the Ottoman Empire and the points at which the economic ideas of the authors overlap or diverge have been evaluated.
