Crimes formed in OSYM Law

Presidency of the Assesment Selection and Placement Center is regulated as a private budgeted public institution with administrative and financial autonomy and Law on the Organization and Duties of the Presidency of Measurement, Selection and Placement Center dated 17.2.2011 and numbered 6114. The main task of the OSYM with the mentioned law is stated to perform all kinds of measurement, evalu-ation and placement processes. It is very significant to ensure the safety of examinations so that the principles of reliability, confidentiality, impartiality, scientificness and equality of opportunity for candidates can be ensured in the measurement, evaluation and placement proces-ses performed by OSYM. The criminal provisions determined in Article 9 of the OSYM Law and applied in case of infringement of the exam security are also regula-ted in the 10th article consisting of 9 paragraphs titled "Criminal Provisions" of the Law. In the article, "Crime of Obtaining or Providing Confidential Information", "Crime of Disclosure of Confidential Information", "Cheating Crimes" and "Crimes of Changing Examination Results" were regulated.
