Abstract (EN)
Key Words: OTA, Transconductance Amplifier, NI Multisim, Simulation The purpose of this thesis is to construct basic well known opamp circuits with the OTA element, examine them with the use of Multisim Simulator and make comparisons between each other. In the first part, the purpose of this thesis, the properties of the Multisim Simulator Program that is used and the literature that led to this thesis are mentioned. In the second part, general information is given about OTA and opamp and the interior structures of the Bipolar and CMOS integrated circuits that represent OTA are examined. These structures are constructed with the use of Multisim Simulator Program and the characteristic diagrams of each structure are obtained. In the third part, the amplifier, filter and oscillator application circuits that were constructed with the opamp circuits are designed with the OTA element and these designs are simulated by using Multisim Simulator Program. The obtained results are compared and a performance evaluation is made between LM741 opamp and Bipolar CA3080 integrated circuits. In the fourth part, the results from the simulations made and their evaluations are emphasized. And some suggestions are presented on new applications and researches that can be made on the subject.
