Sustainability energy usage of hotel interiors: Example of Antalya

In these days sustainability became a term which has to apply and pay attention for our future. In building sector this term keeps the users needs, users health and life quality at highest level and the less harmful for environmentnd this term has subheads as shaped in building sector.Using energy one of these subheads, reduces using energy in buildings and aims to use energy environmentally friendly.Countries introduce their culture and their country and also have income for country economy by the tourism.Tourism sector has an important place in our country with magnificent nature and cultural variety.For continuation and transfering to new generations of our country tourism; should be sustainable solutions in tourism sector and in the touristic buildings especially at hotels that tourists spend much time inside, shouldn?t make concessions in terms of sustainability.In this connection have made a literature study about sustainability, energy efficiency at buildings and hotels, have been created an evaluation model intended for hotels and energy efficiency at buildings.And then sustainability and preferences of using energy at the determined hotels of Antalya that is the most important tourism center of our country has been compared with this model.
