Front Office Systems At The Hotel Management And A Practise In A Five Star Hotel Tourism has always been in progress. The greatest share in the accommodation due to tourism activity belongs to the hotel organizations. An organisation constitutes of diflrent departments to meet the needs of the guests. The most important of these departments is the front office department The front office department is of vital importance not only with the functional features to symbolize the organisation to out but also to provide the knowledge circulation and the coordination feature with other departments. The front office staff must be given knowledge and ability in the direction of organisation policy. This can be achieved by means of education and oriantation. Constantly developing technology is in social use and makes people's lives easy. Hotel organisations have taken share from the developments thanks to automation systems. Front office automation systems are the most important helpers of the staff and the management in the fulfillment of organisation's aims. The systems suitably chosen for the spirit and the need of the organisation are very significance in accomodation and satisfying the guests. My project consists of four chapters. In the first two sections, I have tried to explain what must be done and in the last two sections I investigated the role of the systems to meet the hopes. The last two sections are practice sections. The main factors in tourism are humanbeings and their service to each other. We have to use management systems which give choises to satisfy the guests. If we want to have a large portion from the international tourism market, we have to develop our systems and mentality and integrate our organisations to them because developments continue.
