Abstract (EN)
Hotel businesses is a type of business that requires intensive labor in the service sector therefore, the best service delivery is largely related to the workforce. Because of that reason, level of the the service quality and satisfaction which provided to the guests are determined by the employees working in the hotel businesses. Accordingly, in order to compete with the competitors of the enterprises with high satisfaction guests, employees should have a high level of motivation and life satisfaction conditions. The aim of this research is to determine the levels of nepotism, organizational justice and life satisfaction of the employees working in 3-4 and 5 star hotels which operating in Hatay province and determining the effects of employees nepotism on organizational justice and life satisfaction. Another aim of the study is to determine whether there is any correlation between the dimensions of nepotism, organizational justice and life satisfaction. The survey was conducted on 400 employees who working in hotels operating in Hatay province in September and October 2017. As a result of the survey analysis of the data obtained average values were calculated and factor analysis was used to group the data. Additionally, in order to test the hypotheses, the data were not distributed normally "Kruskal Wallis H Test" and "Mann-Whitney U Tests" were applied. In the analysis of these data, distribution measures, factor analysis, correlation and multiple linear regression were used. As a result of the research conducted in the hotel business nepotism status of employees "nepotism in business process", "nepotism in the process of promotion" and "nepotism in the recruitment process" consisted of three dimensions. The organizational justice status of the employees working in hotel businesses "administrative justice" and "justice of the work done" consisted of two dimensions. Also it has been determined that the life satisfaction status of the employees consists of one dimension as "life satisfaction". On the other hand, it was determined that the nepotism and organizational justice status of the employees working in hotel business were "middle". However, it has been determined that the life satisfaction status of the employees working in hotel business were "middle". Finally, as a result of correlation analysis, it was found that there is a statistically significant relationship between nepotism, organizational justice and life satisfaction of the employees working in hotel business.
