Abstract (EN)
It can be said that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and customer satisfaction in today's hotel businesses. Organizational power perceptions of both employees and managers within the organization will provide easier communication. It can also be said that the different perceptions of organizational power within the hotel enterprises have a decisive role in the perspective of the employees. It should be known that demographic characteristics such as income and education levels and working hours in the organization are effective in the job satisfaction of the employees. Moreover, when these features are combined with organizational power, each has an important role in job satisfaction of employees, albeit at different levels. The main purpose of this study is to investigate whether different organizational power perceptions in hotel establishments have an effect on job satisfaction of employees. In this context, in terms of research variables, it was conducted with the participation of 516 staff in 5 different hotel establishments operating in Antalya, which is thought to be possible. As a result of the analysis of the data, it was concluded that the perception of expertise, which is one of the coercive powers of the personnel within the variables, affects the level of internal satisfaction and external satisfaction of the employees.
