Abstract (EN)

Hotel operations require employees who fulfill more than mentioned in job description, to continue their efficiency and effectiveness, especially in rapidly developing technology, rising globalization movement, increasing customer expectations, accelerating competition environment. In literature, these kinds of behaviors are called Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). OCB is closely related with many concepts including job satisfaction. In this point of view, companies which want to last their existence in market must emphasize the job satisfaction. Aim of this research is to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and OCB, and the effects of job satisfaction on OCB. It is also analyzed whether demographics of employees differentiate from job satisfaction and OCB. Survey technique has been used and 321 valid questionnaires have been collected. It has seen that there has seen a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and OCB. And some of the demographics of employees have showed significant differences with job satisfaction and OCB. Departments of employee haven't showed differences with job satisfaction and OCB. Finally, some recommendations have offered to accommodation companies? managers and future researches. Keywords: Hotel Operations, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
