Abstract (EN)

The quality of goods and services that offered by hotels is directly affected from attitudes and behaviors of employees. Thus, to provide or not to provide employee satisfaction directly affects the quality of goods and services and customer satisfaction. The effect of demographic factors such as age, gender, marital status, education and working period on job satisfaction factors like type of job, salary, promotion possibilities, managament and coworkers. Data is collected with Job Satisfaction Scale. Hypothesis are structured according to the aim of the study and t-test and Anova analyses are used to test. As a result of the study, it is observed that job satisfaction factors show differentiation in terms of hotels, education level, seniority, daily working period, foreign language level and department where the employee works. This study indicates that in general employees are pleased to work in hotel enterprises.Keywords: Employee, job satisfaction, hospitality organizations, hotel management, tourism sector.
