Effects to productivity of developments operation process at hotel enterprises

ABSTRACT Studies about the productivity at hotels express the studies about their economicly works. Results of the productivity works also appreciated economic measurements. Doing improvement studies increases productivity, increasing productivity supply economicly works to hotels and this results improves their profitability. Developments operation process works deal with the productivity improvement efforts, they are most suitable and preferable, are prefered by the enterprises. Studies about the development operation process methods related directly with the productivity. About the developments operation process carries out the two main function. First is the motion study. Standardization of the work methods are accomplished by the motion study. Second is the time study. Standardization of the working time is accomplished by the time study. İn Hotels, studies about productivity improvement to do with the developments operation process aims at; to slip out the worst studies during the operation process, to find the best way of the operation, to standardized appropriate work methods, to determine the time standards about the job and to educate always the workers. As a result of this study, it is possible to productivity improvements and service quality improvements with the developments operation process at the hotels.
