Since the human factor is particularly indispensible for the accommodation business, which is a service sector, the importance assigned to human resources is further increased. The impact of such activities on the efficiency was assessed in line with the comments of the staff. The surveys were utilized as parametric test methods with the help of SPSS software. The resulting output was used to provide recommendations on the issue. According to the research findings, a positive correlation exists between the selection of qualified staff, training and development, performance assessment, performance- based faring and teamwork. It is possible to say that such human resources activies also have a positive impact on the intended efficiency of the staff as well as the emotional and normative attachment. Another output indicates that motivation is the most significant factor impacting the efficiency of the staff. The staff motivation must be improved in order to attain the highest efficiency. The results of the hypotheses established for the purpose of the research were revealed through correlation and regression analyses. We provided recommendations on the subject in line with with these results.
